Dead Arrow is a mercenary that’s been around for a while fulfilling contracts and assassinations. He has now teamed up with the Shrie invader, The Senator, to be a ruler, and to punish humans for their sins and cruelty. No one knows who’s under the mask at the moment, or where he came from.
