Robbie is Brian’s best friend since they can remember, and they’ve been inseperable. After Brian joining the army, Robbie started working at CORE, as a C.C.O. due to his high IQ levels. He convinces Brian to become Raptor, and helps him through a computer, hacking and accessing technological information.
